I make 5 to 7 copies a year, by time I bought the ink until the next copy and I might get one more copy made. So I bought this thermal printer so I could get a copy anytime I want without going to replenish ink. This printer is not for everyone but it will work for a retired girl.????

not a bad little printer. i used it for my resume and it printed great. i love that it is inkless, it’s light and can fit in my bag. the paper still curls but if guy put a heavy book/box on top it flattens out.

Add-on tech service scam!
What stood out the most was the $29.00 Add-on services for remote printer setup, which turned out to be a joke! The first guy I spoke to acted as if he had never heard of the printer. He ultimately told me to download the app, and it would walk me through it. That was less than a five-minute conversation. After trying to figure it out, I got stuck and was unsure what to do (hence the tech services purchase). I called again and spoke to a lady, clueless about the printer I purchased. After walking blindly together through the setup process, and about five minutes in, she seemed rushed, so I asked if she was in a hurry. She said, “Well, I do have another call coming in.” Seriously?! THAT was my experience with this purchase.
